Requirement:
Removal of existing flooring and replacement of new VCT, QVT and Ceramic Tile. Drawings and Specifications are included in the Bid Documents.

Complete the Work in phases with completion dates as follows

NOTL – Main and Lower Level by August 12th, 2021
WC - Rankin Technology Centre by September 5th, 2021
WC - Simcoe Wing - Second Level Price by December 17, 2021

All Attendees must register in advance by email, no later than Friday June 11, 2021, on or before 3:00 p.m. with the College Contact. Major subcontractors are also invited and encouraged to attend this Bidders Briefing.
