The College is conducting an open Request for Bids procurement process for a Service Provider to provide and be responsible for the supply of all the materials, labour, equipment to replace the complete roofing system at the at the Daniel J. Patterson campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake (the "Work")

Under the current circumstances and group isolation requirements, there will be no physical site visit.

The Work shall be completed as one (1) project throughout the summer.

The Work is to be done in accordance to the corresponding drawings and specifications outlined in the Bid Documents.
