Mushkegowuk Council is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a detailed business plan to establish the Mushkegowuk Council Area Primary Care Team (MCAPCT) to transform the present health care system to a patient-centered primary care model in the First Nation communities of Attawapiskat, Kashechewan, Fort Albany, Moose Cree and Weenusk, an independent First Nation on Hudson Bay within the Mushkegowuk traditional territory.
