Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Purchase of a Speaker System for the Theatre at the Canadian Museum of History
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to supply a Speaker System for the Theatre at the Canadian Museum of History. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Speaker System as described in the procurement documents at the Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, Quebec.
The Museum wishes to receive the items listed in the specifications (Annex 3) by March 31, 2023.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.
This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables by March 31, 2023. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide the deliverables are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
