Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Purchase of Kitchen Equipment

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to supply Kitchen Equipment, to be delivered to Gatineau, Quebec. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.  Refer to the procurement documents for all associated details.

To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.

It is anticipated to provide and deliver the kitchen equipment no later than the dates identified in the Bid Form. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.

Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
