Request for Price Prequalification (RFPQ) for Insurance Services
The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have extensive experience, knowledge and expertise in providing insurance brokerage services for multiple museums located in different geographic areas in Canada (National Capital Region, Halifax and Winnipeg). This is a two-step two-envelope submission process to prequalify Proponents who may then be invited to submit Proposals during the second step of this process.

The intent of the Museum is to invite the top two (2) Proponents who meet the prequalification requirements, defined in this document, to submit Price Proposals for these requirements during the next step of the competition.
The intention of the museums is to enter into separate Contracts with the successful Proponent in accordance with the RFPQ/RFP documents and its associated General Conditions.
