Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Fire Alarm Protection System Replacement
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Construction Services. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the complete replacement of the existing fire alarm control and voice communication system including all field devices located at the Canadian Museum of History (CMH) in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT documents.
It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the work by December 15, 2025 and provide an all-inclusive maintenance contract that shall commence one year after the construction end for a period of 10 consecutive years. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
