Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) for Digital Agencies Services
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide professional work for “Digital Agencies Services” in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to prequalify Proponents who may then be invited to be included on a Source List (SL) for eventual work required either at the Canadian Museum of History (CMH), located at 100 Laurier, Gatineau, Quebec, or the Canadian War Museum (CWM) located at 1, Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including, but not limited to, the following disciplines:
- Consultation and Project Planning
- Agile Project Management
- Strategic Development
- Creative concept development
- Development
- Testing
- Deployment and Integration
- Reporting, Monitoring and Metrics Analysis
- Training, Documentation and deliverables
- Support and Maintenance
- Knowledge Transfer
To be considered, Proposals must be received at the address noted above, or as requested in the RFPQ documents, before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the RFPQ documents for further details.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFPQ. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise.
It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of two (2) years from the date of award. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor(s) and the Museum, this SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year periods with the same terms and conditions.[JD1]
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
The Museum retains the right to negotiate with the Proponents on any aspect of the procurement.
Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Proponents can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
