Description

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors to provide vending services for Mount Royal University (MRU).
MRU is seeking to establish a contract for the installation, operation, inventory servicing, maintenance and management of food and beverage vending machines in serviced locations on campus. These machines will have the capability to accept payment by cash, debit and credit as well as utilizing our soon to be launched internal campus card software.
Award of this contract will be made to the PCI and PIN-Security Compliant Provider that meets the qualification and experience requirements; has a certifiable track record of managing and operating vending machines, and submits an offer that is most advantageous to the University and the customers, staff and students using the machines.
