Description

Residence Services at Mount Royal University provides housing to approximately 1,000 students during the university school year. Services are also provided during the May to August time period to 200 students, and other user groups on a short term basis.
In addition, MRU has a limited number of rooms providing hotel services to the public.
Mount Royal provides laundry equipment at two locations on campus. The West Residence has apartment style housing while the East Residence has townhouse style of accommodation. Laundry equipment is centralized within these two locations East Residence and West Residence.
The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified Proponents with experience and expertise in providing Laundry Equipment Services in large facilities.
