Description

The Purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and competent Environmental Health & Safety Services Consulting Companies. The qualified consultant company will be providing hazardous materials assessments to the Facilities Management (FM) Department in conjunction with the Environmental Health & Safety Department.

In addition, this consultant will be assisting Mount Royal with the pre-qualification process which will enable Mount Royal to select a number of hazardous material abatement contractors. It is Mount Royal’s intent to select prequalified hazardous material abatement contractors in June 2021.

A) Term of Contract

Mount Royal University intends to establish an initial three (3) year agreement with the Successful Proponent. At the discretion of Mount Royal, this agreement will have the option to be extended for an additional one period of two (2) years under the same terms and conditions, upon positive performance evaluation.
