Description

MPAC intends to engage a Provider to print, package and mail Products, scan reports to upload to an MPAC web-service and create a venue to track packages and exception handling. MPAC also requires a Provider to provide scanning services for form documents that flow through MPAC’s Central Processing Facility. All printing and scanning will be required in colour. This RFP is split into the two categories listed below and Respondents may choose to respond to one or both categories. MPAC may award both categories to the same Respondent or award the two categories separately based on proposal evaluations.

Respondents shall submit the following number of copies:
One sealed envelope/package titled “Original Proposal with Pricing” containing:

1 Original complete proposal with pricing information
1 USB of the complete proposal with pricing information

Separate sealed envelope/package titled “Copy of Proposal without Pricing” containing:

1 hard copy of the Proposal without pricing information
1 USB copy of the Proposal without pricing information

Respondents are to ensure that the file names of the USB files clearly identify the contents.
