Description

MPAC would like to engage a service provider to support MPAC in:

Phase 1 – Investment Manager Selection: drafting a request for proposal (RFP) to select investment managers, assisting in the selection of the investment managers, and updating MPAC’s draft investment policy to reflect provisions applicable to specific investment managers; and
Phase 2 – Ongoing Support: providing ongoing investment advice and support in the oversight of MPAC’s investment portfolios and investment managers.

It is expected that the Successful Respondent’s Agreement would commence December 4, 2017, subject to annual evaluations. Length of the final Agreement to be determined upon award and would not be less than a five year period. Applicable insurance will be requested from the awarded Respondent(s) upon conclusion of the RFP process.
MPAC’s RFP-0070-2017 is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
