Description

MPAC intends to engage a service provider to provide expert assistance and guidance in the development and implementation of an income approach, such as the royalty method, to be applied to landfill properties across Ontario.
MPAC is seeking a service provider to:

Determine and advise on data requirements to develop landfill valuations using an income approach, such as tipping fees, the determination of remaining capacity fill rates, and remaining life expectancies of landfills.
Advise on implementation and application of an income approach for landfills owned by various entities (private, municipal, provincial, federal government). Examples of implementation issues may include: income growth rates and determination of fill rates.
