Description

MPAC intends to engage a CFTA and CETA compliant service provider to provide one of two possible solutions for electronic procurement systems:
1. Software as a Service electronic Procurement Solution. Or
2. An E-Procurement licensed software solution for MPAC’s purchase with associated maintenance support from provider.
MPAC envisions that the new E-Procurement system will be accessed via a link on its Internet site (for external stakeholders) and Intranet site for internal staff. It is expected that the new solution will interface with existing MPAC solutions, most notably SAP (finance) and Contract Logix (contract management).
MPAC’s intent is to engage the awarded Respondent(s) for the 2018 year commencing January 8, 2018 and up to a five year term (this can be either a 3+1+1 or full 5 year period)
Applicable insurance will be requested from the awarded Respondent(s) upon conclusion of the RFP process.
MPAC’s RFP -0053-2017 is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
