The Tenderer, if awarded this contract, also agrees to furnish materials or services as directed after receipt of official Purchase Order from time to time. At least four hours notice of delivery is to be given in the case of heavy material for which unloading assistance is required.

SEALED TENDERS on forms supplied by the Municipality of Mississippi Mills Roads and Public Works Department will be received by the CAO, at the Municipal Office located at 3131 Old Perth Road, Almonte until 2:00 p.m. local time, on May 31, 2022 for the “Municipality of Mississippi Mills – Invitation to Tender for Supply of Maintenance Gravel – Tender 22-07”. Tenders will be opened in public at the Municipal Office building immediately following the tender closing.
