Description

The Municipality of Mississippi Mills is seeking proposals from IT Managed Service Providers with the necessary expertise to transition, enhance and replace the Municipality’s current contract. The agreement between the successful Bidder and the Municipality will cover a period of five years. The agreement between the Municipality and the successful Bidder will cover the provision and day-to-day oversight of all Municipal IT operations. This will include, but is not limited to, servers, networks, cybersecurity, hardware and physical IT infrastructure, support services and third-party/cloud vendor management.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Each Bidder shall submit, in a separate document clearly identified as “[Firm Name] – Pricing Proposal”, a breakdown of service costs using the Excel workbook attached to this NRFP. The Bidder shall complete the Excel document with all costs associated with their proposed agreement for the 5-year contracted period.
