Description

MiHR is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop Frontline Supervisor Training. Develop training (facilitators guide, participant workbook, handouts and PowerPoint) based on MiHR’s Frontline Supervisor National Occupational Training Standard specific learning outcomes and objectives. Review and update existing training (developed for Industry Trainer and Diamond Driller) and apply the lens of Frontline Supervisor.

The consultant must demonstrate experience with the development of mining, industrial trades, or technical training programs. The consultant will use the validated Training Standards and examples of existing training materials as a reference.

The proposal must describe in detail the proposed approach for the development of the Frontline Supervisor training materials (facilitator guide, participant guide, handouts and PowerPoint).

The deadline for the development of the Frontline Supervisor training is November 25, 2022
