This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Duct Installation Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The purpose of this RFP is to secure one Supplier to perform duct installation services on an as required basis. This RFP includes all duct installation services funded through regular operating and budgeted funds, duct only install projects funded through Manitoba Health Seniors and Active Living (MHSAL) Safety & Security, and internal capital projects.
The scope of this RFP does not include major Capital Planning projects, other Manitoba Health Seniors and Active Living (MHSAL) Safety & Security projects (exception: duct only Safety & Security projects), or projects using external funds (i.e. donations) that have specified restrictions.
The term of the agreement is 3 years with 2 x 2 year option terms.
Proposals can be submitted via hard copy.
Alternatively, proponents may provide their bid submission in electronic format by uploading their bid submission as per the instructions listed in section 1.6.3.
