This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Cleaning Services for Pan Am Clinic as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The scope of this RFP includes Cleaning services at the Pan Am Clinic located at 75 Poseidon Bay, day porter cleaning services at the Pan Am Clinic located at 75 Poseidon Bay, and cleaning services at the Pan Am Concussion Program located at 3969 Portage Avenue.
The term of the agreement is 5 years with the option to review for 2 x 2 year option terms.
