Description

The closing date and time for the submission of Proposals, in response to this RFP, is July 12, 2021, 4:00 PM CST herein referred to as the "Closing Date and Time". One electronic copy (on USB memory stick), and two hardcopies of the Proponent’s Proposal, including all attachments, in the same order as the numbered sections of this RFP, should be received by WCLC, not later than the Closing Date and Time, at:

Proponents are responsible for the proper delivery of their Proposals to WCLC. Requests for extensions of time will not be granted. Faxed Proposals will not be accepted.

WCLC recognizes that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic may result in difficulties mailing or delivering in-person documents to WCLC head office on time. Therefore, WCLC will accept electronic submission in addition to the above submission procedures to accommodate this need. All electronic submission shall be sent to RFPSubmissions@wclc.com.
