Description

Thank you for your interest in the Town of Niverville (Niverville).To ensure fairness and consistency in the bidding process, Niverville has put forward a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) on a new control building to be constructed at the new raw water source for Niverville. The community has seen rapid growth over the past decade and to meet growing demand for clean potable water, Niverville requires a new water source.

Niverville’s new water source has been located and currently going through Environmental Application Process with Sustainable Development. The new source is located on the lands north of Crown Valley Road and west of Willow Ridge Road (in SE-25-7-4-E). All works are to occur with the road right of way and in no way should any damage be done to private property.

Niverville’s procurement rules requires an open procurement process to ensure that this project provides residents with the maximum value for their dollar while being built to sustain the continued growth within the town.
