Description

Thank you for your interest in the Town of Niverville (Town). To ensure fairness and
consistency in the bidding process, the Town has put forward a Request for Proposal (“RFP”)
for the detailed design of Krahn Road South from the southern exit of St Andrews Way (to
be completed in summer 2017) to Crown Valley Road as per Appendix A.
The Town has seen rapid growth over the last decade. The Highlands subdivision located on
the western side of the Town, intrinsically connected with the Old Drover’s Run Golf Course,
has been an integral part of the Town’s residential growth. The purpose of this project is to
create the secondary access/egress point for this development.

a sealed envelope delivered to the Town Office at 86 Main Street, Niverville. The outside (or
subject line) in each submittal must be clearly labeled “Krahn Road South Design”, submitted by
Bidder.
