Description

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified persons or organizations for a price to
survey the cemetery, design a drainage plan for the parcel and the design / layout of the
cemetery lots within the existing / planned infrastructure. The Agreement is anticipated to
commence on February 7th, 2018 or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in
writing.
The scope of the survey and design will involve the approximate five (5) acres of land
currently owned by the Town. The design should show specific cemetery lots, location of
columbarium(s) and cemetery infrastructure through consultation with Town
representatives.
