Description

The Town of Neepawa, MB is seeking Request for Proposal (RFP) from firms who may be interested in the development of all or part of the vacant, former CN land.
Located on flat terrain and encompassing approximately 40 acres. These vacant lands have been zoned for development and the subdivision of these parcels is in process. (Appendix A)
·   parcels totaling 12.5 acres for Highway Commercial
·   parcels totaling 8.2 acres for Single Family
·   2.9 acre parcel for Multi Family
·   parcels totaling 6 acres for Local Commercial
