Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00:00 P.M. on June 14, 2018 for the Roof Gutter Remediation project at Laura Secord School.

Time shall be as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer's Department.

Instructions to bidders, contract documents and bid forms may be downloaded from the Winnipeg School Division website at www.winnipegsd.ca or obtained from the Building Department, 1395 Spruce Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, contact Sheryl Lohaza at 786-0338.

A Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., THURSDAY, JUNE 07, 2018, at the location of Laura Secord School, General Office, 960 Wolseley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond, for 50% of the contract price.

In addition to the above the successful bidder must provide liability insurance coverage for a minimum of $5,000,000.00 inclusive limits prior to start of work.

Lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
