MANDATORY BIDDERS BRIEFING has been

at the location of Isaac Newton School, 730 Aberdeen
Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, outside of main entrance.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order
to submit a valid bid.
This Procurement is subject all Federal, Provincial,
and Municipal Trade Agreements.
