Tender forms and specifications may be obtained in PDF format by contacting Stephen Norsworthy (stephen.norsworthy@snclavalin.com), from the Winnipeg Construction Association or the Construction Association of Rural Manitoba. A mandatory site tour will be conducted Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

The tender is to close at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2023. Any tenders received after the time of closing will not be opened and will be returned to the sender.
