Project description:
The Lincoln School Grooming Room project consist of interior renovations to one
(1) existing preparation room and one (1) existing storage room to accommodate a new grooming room on the main floor of the existing Lincoln School, located at 3180 McBey Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work includes, but not limited to, selected demolition, new walls, new flooring, room finishes, millwork, doors, suspended ceiling, overhead track lift, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and miscellaneous HVAC work.
Bid closing date: before 2:00pm local time, on Thursday, July 22nd,
2021, as designated by the clock at the closing bid location.

Bidders briefing:
A Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for Wednesday July 7th, 2021, at Lincoln Middle School, General Office, 3180 McBey Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Due to current COVID-19 concerns and proper social distancing, the bidders briefing meeting will accommodate up to four (4) individuals maximum for each of the following time slots: 3:15pm, 3:45pm and 4:15 pm. Interested individuals wanting
to review the site at any of these noted times are required to register via email by Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 with H5 Architecture Inc. (helio@h5architecture.ca).
Prequalifications:
Bidders must complete and submit CCDC 11 - Contractors Qualification Statement to Contract Administrator on or before 2:00pm local time by July 8th, 2021.
Bid security requirements:
Bid bond - 10% (ten percent) of the Bid Price, with Consent of Surety, to accompany Bids.
Construction start: Immediately after award of contract.
