Work of this Contract comprises of the remediation of an approximate 40 m long section of the southern creek bank of Elgin Creek consisting of creating access to the site, installing temporary rig matting, clearing and grubbing, excavating loose soils, installing geotextile and constructing a rockfill riprap buttress on the southern creekbank of Elgin Creek.

Bidders may visit the project site at 10 AM CST on April 10, 2024. Bidders are to meet at the Souris-Glenwood Golf Course clubhouse and access to the site will be provided by the Municipality of Souris-Glenwood. Bidders may not enter private property without prior consent from the property owner.

Offers signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received via digital submission only until 2:00 P.M. (14:00) Winnipeg time on April 19, 2024. No hard copy submissions will be accepted; all hard copy bids sent to the Stantec Winnipeg office will be ignored.
Digital submissions will be accepted via MERX (merx.com) up to the date and time listed in .1 above. Digital submissions by e-mail will not be accepted.
Offers submitted after the time listed in .1 above will not be evaluated.
There will be no public openings. A summary of the unevaluated bid prices will be posted to MERX and/or sent out to all bidders within 48 hours of bid opening.
