Description

The Provision of Call Centre Management Services:
Request for Proposal (RFP) to work with Manitoba for provision of Call Centre Management Services that best meets the business and project delivery requirements.
The Call Centre solution must be delivered on a fee-for-service basis where the Proponent retains ownership of, and responsibility for, the underlying equipment, software, and delivery of services. The successful Proponent will be responsible for all aspects of service maintenance or defective devices or components.
