THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID:
1. A LIST OF ALL COMPONENTS, PARTS, SOFTWARE AND ACCESSORIES COMPLETE WITH PART NUMBERS OF THE EQUIPMENT TO BE SUPPLIED.
2. A LIST OF CHARGES FOR FIRMWARE AND SOFTWARE UPDATES (MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS).
3. COMPANY'S POLICY ON SUPPLYING OR LOANER EQUIPMENT WHILE PERFORMING WARRANTY WORK ON TENDERED EQUIPMENT.
4. VENDOR MUST SUBMIT ONLY ONE LUMP SUM PRICE FOR ENTIRE PACKAGE OR OFFER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
5. VENDOR SHALL PROVIDE A ONE (1) DAY SYSTEMS ORIENTATION SEMINAR.
