The Town of Altona and Municipality of Rhineland are soliciting proposals from qualified firms that are interested in developing a plan for PTH 30 access that is acceptable to the municipalities, Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure, and property owners. The plan will guide changes to address safety and operational concerns and to guide future land development and expansion of the municipal street network.
