All work, operations and equipment involved in completion shall be considered incidental to the contract costs. The contractor must provide quoted prices, to remain fixed for the duration of the contract on Schedule B –Prices, based on the following:

Processing Fee ($/Tonne): Cost per tonnes of recycling taken to the processing facility in a given month. The rate charged to the contractor by the processing facility based on tonnage of recyclable materials delivered as indicated on the provided copies of actual facility weigh scale tickets.

Container Rental Rate ($/month): Cost for the RM to utilize the contractor’s recycling containers on site in each month, based on the container bin as prescribed by the Rural Municipality.

Option 1 (8 units 6-yards Front End Bin)
Option 2 (30 to 60 yards Roll off Bin)

Container Haul Fee ($/haul): Cost per trip for the contractor to transport all material in container to processing facility in a given month. Includes full trip and all work required to load and replace container on site. Includes estimated number of trips based on the previous data of the recyclable produced and transported to the Recycling depot.
