Description

This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery on behalf of the Buying Group, to prospective Vendors to qualify for the Provision of Medium and Heavy-Duty Maintenance as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B). The participating member of the Buying Group are:

Government of Manitoba
Manitoba Hydro

The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to obtain submissions from qualified Medium and Heavy Duty Maintenance Service Providers then can provide the deliverables described in this Solicitation on an "as and when required" basis and for Manitoba to enter into a contract with Vendor(s) whose Submissions are judged to best service the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
