The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Quotation for the following: Provide a quality, cost effective mail insertion system with maintenance and repair service contracts to enable the WCB to process its mail accurately with maximum efficiency.

Description
Mail Insertion Machine Quantity - 2 units
Supply & Install Audit Software c/w all required sensors/readers, etc (for future use if applicable)
Pick up and removal of 2 (two) Relay 7000 mail insertion machine or indicate if a credit for the units.
Five (5) Year Parts & Labour Maintenance Agreement

*Vendors are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, or agents of the WCB for matters regarding this RFQ, except in writing to the Agreement Administrator. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of a Vendor and rejection of its Quotation.*
