General Contracting Services
This Request for proposal is seeking to create a pool of up to five (5) General Contractors (GC/Proponent) providing the Scope of Services described below, under terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. The scope of this work is expected to include all MBLL locations including corporate offices, warehouse locations, casinos, and/or liquor marts. The services will be requested on “as required” basis.
The closing date for submission is April 4, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.
Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three years beginning on or around May 15, 2025, with 2 additional 1-year optional terms for all locations available at MBLL’s sole discretion.
The offer is to be submitted in English.
This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.
