Construction of a bituminous pavement on Provincial Trunk Highway 10, from 1.8km north of Provincial Trunk Highway 1 to 0.6km north of Provincial Trunk Highway 25, for a total construction distance of approximately 13.5km, in the Municipality of Elton.

SECTION 2 (Project ID No. C08030)
Construction of a bituminous pavement overlay on Provincial Trunk Highway 10, from the south junction of Provincial Trunk Highway 16 to the north junction of Provincial Trunk Highway 16, for a total construction distance of approximately 6.5km, in the Municipality of Minto-Odanah.

SECTION 3 (Project ID No. C08101)
Milling of bituminous pavement and construction of a bituminous pavement overlay at the Minnedosa rest stop, located at the north junction of Provincial Trunk Highway 16 and Provincial Trunk Highway 10 (Minnedosa Rest Area), in the Municipality of Minto-Odanah.
