1. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
  1. This Contract includes work, materials and procedures as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications and other documents referenced or related to this project.
  2. Work for this Contract, identified as SMS Project No. 22-318-01 includes but is not limited to the following:
    1. Replacement of existing CDP and MCC (c/w transformer and panel) with new.
    2. Installation of new feeders to existing motors.
    3. Replacement of 4 motors and installation of variable frequency drives.
    4. Replacement of all existing lighting in basement crawlspace and mechanical room.
    5. Testing and adjustment of equipment and sequences after equipment has been installed.

  MANDATORY visit to project site has been arranged for Bidders as follows: 2055 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MB on December 2nd, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. All bidders submitting a Bid MUST attend this site visit. Meet at Building C tower Main Floor Security Sign-in.
  
  Site visits outside the mandatory site visit will not be allowed.

    5. Amendments to submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing prior to Bid closing and if endorsed by same party or parties who signed and sealed offer.
