Description

1. Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work as indicated in the drawings and
specifications (to renovate existing school premises to create a grooming room,
modifications to main entrance doors and provision of an exterior sloped walkway for
accessibility to the front entrance and associated provision of mechanical and electrical
services, fixtures and fittings and specified equipment and furnishings) at Forest Park
School in Winnipeg, Manitoba, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with
Contract Documents.

2. Initiate work immediately upon receipt of notice of contract award.

3. The General Contractor shall initiate site work immediately upon receipt of Building Permit

Offers signed under seal, executed and dated will be received by SDO Architecture
Inc., at 603-63 Albert Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba before 2:00 PM local time on the
10th day of March. 2019.

1. Bidders are solely responsible for delivery of their Bids in manner and time
prescribed.

2. Submit one copy of executed offer on Bid Forms provided, signed and with
corporate seal together with required security in a sealed opaque envelope,
clearly identified with Bidder’s name, project name and number and Owner’s
name on outside.

Include in the envelope, the following Appendices, completed and signed:
Appendix A: List of Bid Documents
Appendix B: List of Subcontractors
Appendix C: Schedule of Values

3. Insert closed and sealed Bid Form envelope and requested Bid Bond in larger
opaque envelope and label this envelope as noted above.

4. Improperly completed information, irregularities in Bid Bond, may be cause not to
open Bid envelope and declare Bid informal.
