Red River College Polytechnic is requesting proposals to guide the development of a framework for a Strategic Enrolment Management strategy. This work will include a review of our current processes and identify leading practices and approaches required to meet enrolment goals and to improve our recruitment, retention, student success and learner experiences overall with particular attention to Indigenous and Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
