Garland Canada on behalf Red River College Polytechnic (“RRC Polytech”) seeks to select a qualified Proponent through a procurement process to perform roofing repairs on various sections of Building A at the Notre Dame Campus at 2055 Notre Dame Ave. RRC Polytech will enter into a Contract with the Proponent whose Proposal is deemed to best serve the interests RRC Polytech.
