Description

Red River College is inviting Vendors with demonstrated experience in providing integrated solid waste and recycling services to submit a Proposal for the services described below.

Vendors may submit Proposals for one, two, three or all four of the following services:

Solid waste services
Recycling services
Shredding of confidential documents
Composting services

RRC will only consider Proposals from financially responsible firms presently engaged in the business of providing the services described above. Each Vendor must furnish the required documents in the required format as outlined in this RFP to be considered responsive.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All Proposal packages MUST be received no later than the date/time indicated in the schedule of events in Section 2.0 (Due date for submitting a Proposal). Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.

All Proposals and accompanying documents must be uploaded electronically at https://rrc.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/32790

Proposal hardcopies will NOT be accepted.
Proposals submitted by mail, facsimile, or email will not be accepted.
The completed Proposal is to be submitted no later than the Due Date.
The College is not responsible for the timeliness of submitted Proposals
