Description

Each Academic year, Red River College Polytechnic hosts the Directions Business Conference. The Directions Business Conference is for students and industry to come together. Approximately 800 people are expected for this event. The Vendor will be required to serve a continental breakfast, as well as a hot buffet-style lunch. Various rentals and audio & visual services will also be required for the event.
• Red River College Polytechnic is accepting quotes to be the host venue for the Directions Business Conference in February 2024. The event will run from 7:00AM-2:00PM.
• This RFQS seeks to secure a Vendor to provide a banquet room, and 7 or 8 separate session rooms for the 2024 Directions Business Conference.
