27092017MM2011 - Construction Management Services, Innovation Centre @ Red River College

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Construction Management Services for this Project, as further described in this RFP, and for the Owner to enter into a Contract with the Proponent whose Proposal is judged to best serve the interests of the Owner when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria provided under Section 4.0 of this RFP.

The intent of this Project is to develop a new 100,000 square feet facility called the Innovation Centre @ RRC or IC@RRC and corresponding renovations to the Roblin Centre. The Project will house re-imagined academic programs, innovation and entrepreneurial activities and services that will bring together students, instructors, researchers, industry and the community to accelerate commercialization of start-ups and small and medium enterprise’s (SME’s); prepare students to thrive in the new economy; enable social entrepreneurship and innovation; and deliver to employers’ job-ready graduates.
