Description

Skownan First Nation Chief and Council are calling tenders for the design and construction (design-build) of a Multiplex–Cultural Centre. The project works must be substantially completed by March 31, 2018, with seasonal items complete by June 30’th, 2018. Sealed tenders will be received up to 2:00 PM on September 27’th, 2017 at the office of P.M. Associates Ltd., 1440 Erin Street, Winnipeg, MB.

The works for this project generally include the construction of a 7,150 square foot Multiplex Building on a thickened edge concrete slab, a gravel access road and parking area for 45 cars, site grading, installation of a water holding tank and a wastewater holding tank system, hydro connection, restoration and other related works.
