Description

The work under this contract comprises the provision and installation of modular temporary band office fully equipped, operative, unfurnished, complete with heating system, foundation, skirting and steps and their transportation to Lake St. Martin First Nation. The work also includes site development (parking for 20 vehicles, driveway and landscaping), connection to hydro, water and sewer which are at the edge of the project site.

The areas to be included in the building are shown on the attached plan and include:

Meeting room (min. 340sf)
Administration area (min 290sf)
One executive office (min 140sf)
Two large offices (min 108sf each)
One small office (min 90sf each)
Two fully handicap accessible washrooms
Staff room (70sf)
Storage room (min 25sf)

Unit construction, transportation to the Lake St. Martin First Nation and installation must be completed by March 31, 2018 or sooner.
