The Pas is a town in Manitoba, Canada, located approximately 630 km northwest of the provincial capital, Winnipeg, and 40 km from the border of Saskatchewan (475 km from Saskatoon).

1.1 PROJECT
.1 This project includes for the retrofit of a new 100% redundant air handling unit, complete
with associated steam heating coils, steam control valves , humidifiers, and new DDC
controls to replace the existing OR HVAC system at the The Pas Health Complex located
in The Pas, MB (the "Project").

1.4 MANDATORY SITE VISIT
.1 A mandatory site visit for Bidders will be held on May 9, 2019 commencing at 11:00
am.

1.2 SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND LOCATION
.1 Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm local time on May 24, 2019 (the
“Submission Deadline”). Bids received after the Submission Deadline will not be
considered by the Owner, and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
.2 Bids must be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender Document reference
and Bidder’s name and address, and delivered to the offices of the Prime Consultant,
namely:
