1.2 SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND LOCATION
.1 Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM local time on April 30, 2020 (the “Submission Deadline”). Bids received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered by the Owner, and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
