Description

1.1 Invitation

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) Northern Regional Health Authority (NRHA) is seeking well considered submissions for Prime Consultant Services from qualified Consultant Teams (Proponent) with demonstrated ability to provide design services for the remediation of asbestos within the Support Services Area of The Pas Health Complex and construction contract administration (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

2.1 Current Status

The Pas Health Complex is located approximately 600 km North of Winnipeg, providing health care and associated services to the residents of Northern Manitoba.

Support Services Areas:

Kitchen & preparation areas within the 1929 wing of facility
Located within basement area
Services which are provided will require to be maintained
Consultant is responsible for site verification of all dimensions

9.0 Site Tour

A mandatory site visit will take place. Proponents not attending will not be considered.
